I'm Sarang, a Principal AI Architect in Vancouver, BC. My background is operations research, and I've spent fifteen years building enterprise systems — most recently agentic ones.

This site is where the two meet. Most AI work I see can't formulate a constraint; most optimization work I see can't ship an agent. The interesting problems sit in the overlap, and very few people are publishing there.

gospinup.dev is a notebook, not a business. Nothing here is for sale, nothing is gated, and there's no funnel at the end of it. I publish because working in the open makes the work better, and because I'd rather be corrected by people who know more than I do than be right in private.
